Counselling sessions
I provide counselling and psychotherapy to adults , couples and young people from the age of sixteen.
I offer an intial free counselling consultation for individuals , in which you and I can explore whether counselling is the right option . For couples I offer a reduced fee of £30 for the inital session .
Counselling sessions for Individuals is 50 minutes , for Couples 1 hour . The number of sessions you will need will vary , some people only need a few sessions , some might need more , on average I work with people for between 6 to 8 sessions , some will choose to see me for much longer.
I charge £45 per session for Individual Counselling, £55 per session for Couple Counselling , payable per session or in advance . I accept cash or cheque , there is no credit card facility .
I will consider offering a discount to students and those with limited means.
I charge a cancellation fee if not given at least 24 hours notice of cancellation , which equates to the full amount payable per session .
